How It Works
The concept of the bike charger is very simple, converting the kinetic energy from the wheels’ friction into electrical energy by rotating a magnet between two coils of wire, which is the concept behind a standard motor generator. This provides sufficient electricity to charge an iPod as long as the wheels continue to spin
The bottle dynamo would be attached at point 22, highlighted by the red X
The iPod would be secured in an accessible location on the handlebars at point 17, highlighted by the blue X
